John has been responsible for HighDome pcc management since its creation. As General Manager of JLT Insurance Management Malta Limited, and HighDome’s local insurance manager in Malta, he is responsible for the overall operation of the company and for developing the book of business. John has previously worked with Middlesea Insurance plc, now part of the Mapfre Group, holding senior positions including Head of the Underwriting Department and Senior Manager of their captive management operations from 2000 to 2008. During his career he was directly involved with the establishment and management of 12 insurance and reinsurance companies. John is currently Deputy Chairman of the Malta Insurance Managers Association and Chairman of association’s Solvency II Sub-Committee. John is fluent in English, Maltese and Italian.
