Paula Rios has been involved in the creation and implementation of HighDome pcc as a company. She has a Law Degree from the Catholic University – Lisbon, and post graduate studies in Strategic Management and Marketing, with a wide experience in the insurance industry. She has worked for several large national and international insurers in the Portuguese market as both Underwriting and Claims Director since 1985. In parallel, Paula collaborated with the Portuguese Insurer’s Association and the CEA (Comité Européen des Assurances). She has been involved in Captives and Captive Management since joining MDS Group in 2005. Paula is fluent in Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish.
